Sales Consultant - Utilities (Melbourne)

Overview We help Australians save money on their energy and utilities. Join us in our St Kilda Rd office to sell smarter, not harder. You'll work with warm leads, receive full training, and have a career development path. Salary starts on the 15th of June 2025. Compensation Up to $65K base with quarterly reviews, plus super and uncapped commissions. Realistic earnings in your first year = $100K OTE, with a half‑year salary review. What You’ll Do
- Call customers who have enquired about saving on their utility bills
- Understand their needs and recommend the best plan or provider
- Handle objections with confidence (you’ll be trained)
- Hit daily conversion and quality targets and celebrate your wins
- Learn from ongoing coaching, role‑plays, and real feedback sessions Who You Are
- Experience in a customer‑facing or sales role (retail, call centre, charity, advertising, car sales, etc.)
- Confident on the phone and love a valuable challenge
