- Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 25 members.
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance. About You
- With demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers their team and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
- Someone who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
