About the Role Are you passionate about shaping how organisations evolve and thrive through change? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Change Lead role where you'll play a pivotal part in delivering large-scale transformation and influencing outcomes that matter. As the Change Lead, you'll sit at the heart of major transformation initiatives — partnering with senior leaders and program teams to ensure change is not only well-planned but successfully adopted and sustained. You'll bring both strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership to help people, processes, and culture evolve in step with organisational priorities. Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain the integrated change strategy and roadmap across multiple transformation initiatives to ensure aligned delivery, adoption and sustained outcomes.
- Act as the primary change advisor to Program Leadership, Senior Leaders, and Business Sponsors, providing guidance on change risks, readiness, and targeted interventions.
- Coach and support leaders to build visible sponsorship, strengthen commercial accountability, and reinforce behavioural change aligned to productivity and transformation objectives.
- Identify and escape change-related risks, dependencies, and cumulative change impacts across initiatives.
- Partner with Senior Leaders and Business Sponsors to build visible, active, and sustained sponsorship.
- Lead the development and execution of change for high‑impact initiatives.
- Design and deliver targeted interventions that support adoption, embed new ways of working and sustain productivity and behavioural outcomes over time.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision making, including recommendations on change resourcing to the Change Advisory Manager. This is an prospect to lead meaningful, large-scale transformation and directly influence how people experience and adopt change. About you To be successful in this role you will have a:
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management on large-scale, complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated capability across both strategic change leadership and tactical delivery, including business readiness.
- Proven experience leading change across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience operating in complex, highly regulated environments (e.g. utilities, public sector) is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels.
- Practical, hands‑on experience applying a range of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is desirable.
- Experience working within structured delivery frameworks, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments.
