- Full responsibility on the recruitment process
- Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent
- Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
- Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances About you
- To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas
- You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients
- You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain solid internal and external business relationships
- You area high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment
