Overview An exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing property agency in Melbourne CBD, supporting a busy and successful retail leasing team. We are looking for a motivated, professional and organised individual who is keen to build a long‑term career in retail property. Ideal candidates have experience in real estate, property administration, leasing support, commercial property, retail property or a similar client‑focused environment. This role is a great entry point for someone who wants to learn the retail leasing market, work closely with experienced operators, and grow into a more client‑facing leasing role over time. The Role Working closely with the retail leasing team, the role includes a mix of administration, client support, marketing coordination and leasing assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the retail leasing team with day‑to‑day administration
- Assisting with lease documentation, proposals and client correspondence
- Coordinating listings, marketing material and property campaigns
- Managing enquiries and assisting with tenant follow‑upPreparing presentations, reports and market information
- Updating databases, CRM systems and internal records
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, agents and internal stakeholders
- Supporting inspections, meetings and leasing activity where required
- Learning the retail leasing process from experienced industry professionals Candidate Requirements
- Experience in property, real estate, leasing, administration or a client‑facing role
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- A willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Confidence speaking with clients, tenants and internal stakeholders
- Strong computer and administration skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑first mindset
