As part of this journey, we’re looking for an Office Co‑ordinator (internally titled Workplace Experience Executive) to join our team in Cremorne, Melbourne. What You’ll Be Doing Workplace Experience & Office Coordination
- Take ownership of the day‑to‑day presentation and readiness of the office workplace.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, ensuring a welcoming and qualified experience.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with key vendors.
- Coordinate internal events and employee moments, including invitations, logistics, and catering.
- Handle facilities queries and escalates where required.
- Support new starter onboarding from an office perspective. Executive Support
- Provide calendar management support to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders.
- Manage expense processing and basic administration.
- Support inbox management where required.
- Deliver ad‑hoc executive support across the leadership team. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in office coordination, workplace experience, administration, or executive support.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with solid attention to detail.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A service‑oriented mindset with pride in creating a positive workplace experience.
- The ability to work independently and be a visible presence in the office. What We Offer
