This Role Gives You the Chance To:
- Manage full project lifecycles
- from planning and procurement to delivery and completion.
- Be the central link between engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Drive high performance and attention to detail across all project phases.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify risks, streamline delivery processes, and implement best practices that raise the bar for project excellence. What You'll Do
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, reports, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to keep delivery on time and within scope.
- Communicate proactively to resolve issues impacting Statements of Compliance (SOC) and Practical Completion Notices (PCN).
- Conduct regular reviews to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
- Ensure all activities meet OH&S;, regulatory, and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and outcomes. What You Bring
- Qualification in Project Management (PMC/PM2 desirable).
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing electrical or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Victorian electrical industry standards and SOC/PCN processes (desirable).
- Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Wrike.
