Lead transformative, multi-year fundraising campaigns that shape the future of healthcare. What you’ll do:
- Lead and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts ($10K+).
- Develop compelling proposals and support senior leaders in donor engagement.
- Build meaningful relationships with philanthropists and communicate the impact of their giving.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and development teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.
- Champion the Foundation’s mission — compassion, justice, integrity, and excellence. Who you are:
- Experienced in major gifts and/or campaign fundraising within health, education, research, or the arts.
- A natural relationship builder who inspires trust and generosity.
- A confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into powerful stories.
- Organised, strategic, and values-driven, with solid CRM and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualified FIA membership highly regarded.
