Backed by AUKUS, this is a rare chance to play a direct role in delivering Australia’s future fleet of nuclear‑powered submarines, and the world‑class infrastructure required to build and sustain them for decades to come. We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead with proven civil infrastructure recruitment experience to help scale a workforce that does not yet exist, supporting the transition from early planning into large‑scale construction and delivery. Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for priority and hard‑to‑fill roles
- Partner with senior leaders to align hiring with program delivery
- Headhunt and proactively map civil infrastructure talent
- Deliver strong candidate engagement, including face‑to‑face where possible
- Ensure all hiring meets governance and security requirements Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting within civil infrastructure environments, including roads, rail, bridges, tunnels, ports, aviation, water, utilities or energy sectors
- Strong track record hiring for engineering, project delivery, commercial and site‑based roles
- Deep capability in proactive sourcing and headhunting
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
