We're looking for someone who’s proactive, sharp, and thrives in a Digital Agency environment. You'll play a vital role supporting the leadership team while being hands-on with operations, client communication, scheduling, reporting, and more.

- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the leadership team
- Calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with preparing presentations and client documentation
- Support basic operations including CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups at times
- Maintain communication between the Australia and global teams
- Light support with marketing activities and events
- General office coordination and client engagement
- Attending Expo’s in Melbourne and interstate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $60,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
