Senior Project Manager | Infrastructure (Western Australia)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to safety standards. We are ideally looking for a candidate with aviation and/or defence sector experience. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting agreed success criteria.
- Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals.
- Engage with all relevant parties to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals and requirements.
- Manage tender preparation, bid analysis and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, process payments and manage changes.
- Control site activities for safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with consultants and safety advisors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise issues.
- Maintain quality standards across design and construction phases. Qualifications and Experience
- Construction experience – proven track record in delivering construction projects, especially within the aviation and/or defence sector.
- Technical knowledge – understanding of Australian building and aviation standards.
- Contract expertise – skilled in contractor management and contract administration.
- Project management – ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across all lifecycle stages.
- Stakeholder engagement – strong communication and consultation skills.
- Compliance – eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC); ability to achieve Australian Defence Baseline clearance is highly regarded.
- Software skills – proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft 365 Apps.
