Process Manager (Western Australia)

Overview Our client is a well-established Australian gold producer with significant operations across Western Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Process Manager to join one of their established site-based gold operations on a FIFO from Perth roster. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with strong operational momentum, established infrastructure, and a clear focus on secure, consistent and profitable production. The operation forms part of a broader WA gold business with substantial processing capacity, long‑life underground feed sources, and continued investment in production growth and operational improvement. Recent company momentum includes maintained FY26 production guidance, strong cash generation, and ongoing mine development activity that is expected to support future feed and operational continuity. - Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in gold processing operations
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and strong WHS leadership
- Experience managing budgets, operating plans, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in Gold Processing Plants Position Duties
- Lead processing operations with strong, visible safety leadership
- Drive production performance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and operators
- Manage budgets, operating plans, and performance metrics
