You’ll step into a key position supporting a agile leadership team and taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations across the business.

About the Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring HR and payroll processes run smoothly and accurately, while maintaining compliance across award interpretation and employee entitlements.

Overseeing HR operations across the business

Managing and supervising payroll processes via BIPO

Checking and validating timesheets processed through Employment Hero (not originating payroll)

Ensuring compliance with the relevant awardfor staff payments

Acting as a key HR contact for managers and leadership

Supporting general HR functions including employee management

About You

HR qualification essential

1–2 years’ HR experience (or strong foundational exposure in a similar role)

Strong understanding of payroll processes and award interpretation

Comfortable working with systems such as BIPO and Employment Hero

Commercial mindset + Strong people skills

Detail-focused with robust accountability and follow-through
