Practice Manager (Part‐Time – Maternity Leave Cover) Huntingdale | $39 per hour | Immediate Start A part‐time maternity leave contract with the potential to transition into a permanent part‐time role. This is an autonomous, hands‐on Practice Manager role in a busy GP clinic. About the Role A hands‐on position overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of a busy GP practice. You will ensure the smooth running of the clinic while supporting both clinical and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the medical practice Staff rostering and coordination of doctor availability General HR administration including contracts and onboarding Billing, invoicing and Medicare compliance Management of Best Practice software Liaise with doctors, staff and external providers IT coordination and troubleshooting Website and general administrative maintenance Support accreditation processes (RACGP) Manage supplies, stationery and general practice needs About You Previous Practice Manager experience within a GP or specialist setting Solid working knowledge of Best Practice software Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment A proactive, hands‐on approach Strong understanding of Medicare and general practice operations Hours & Benefits Approx. 4 days per week (7:30am – 4:00pm) $39 per hour (depending on experience) On‐site parking available Supportive and established team setting Chance for ongoing permanent role Equal Chance Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or other protected status. #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rftsw
