Client Service Manager - Team Manager (Western Australia)

Our client is a leading Financial Planning firm with 20+ staff in their office. They work with low volume sophisticated high-net-worth families. This is a key leadership role suited to a senior Client Services professional who can step in with confidence, support our advisers, and lead our administration team. You will play a pivotal role in managing the client experience, ensuring advice is implemented efficiently and accurately, while mentoring a high-performing support team. The Role
- Team Management: Act as the go-to person for the Client Services team, providing guidance, support and mentorship
- Workflow Management: Oversee team workflows to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
- Advice Implementation: Manage end-to-end administration, including preparation of implementation documents and applications
- Quality Assurance: Review and check advice implementation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Client Meeting Support: Prepare meeting packs, agendas and coordinate follow-up actions
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with product providers and maintain robust external relationships
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate client records using Xplan and Worksorted Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience supporting financial advisers
- Experience working with sophisticated High-Net-Worth advice highly regarded
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN preferred
- Excellent communication skills are required
