Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) (Western Australia)

Overview Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a rare and immediate requirement for a talented Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) . The Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) will have experience with a large enterprise organisation providing project management services across migration, deployment, re-distribution, and utilisation of technical integration projects. The project management life cycle will cover from initial inception and planning through to implementation and delivery. The role is an initial 12 month assignment with a Perth location and Immediate Start . In return you will have the opportunity to work with a large Australian consulting provider, delivering project management across critical keynote projects. Responsibilities
- The role will focus on customer-supplier relationships, overseeing system changes, and project managing the agreed integration and legacy system change criteria and requirements based on identified systems and timelines.
- Work with functional teams, legacy/existing system owners and their technical architects to ensure delivery timelines are understood and any issues/risks are documented and actioned/escalated.
- Project manage and support existing business system owners in liaising with third-party vendors. Ensure that approval gateways are defined and met in the delivery plan for any change.
- Act as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners to ensure the test team has sufficient detail to prepare appropriate test scenarios for any change.
- Consult and provide support to stakeholder management and the project team, focusing on service functionality, service implementation and handover into operational setting.
- Establish and maintain a project plan with the business system owners to track delivery progress for agreed changes. Agree reporting profile with existing business teams to include resource profile, costs and milestone achievement status. Provide status and progress reports as required. Requirements
- The Project Manager must have strong experience in managing Salesforce projects across varied teams and budgets.
- Familiar with project delivery techniques such as Prince2, PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall, and the system development lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce business solutions as a Project Manager.
- Experience overseeing at least one Project Manager from a third party.
- Excellent client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
