As Asset Manager, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of asset performance and client outcomes, acting as the trusted link between customers and Jord’s technical and delivery teams. - Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing communications, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional engagement.
- Identify and validate leads for spare parts, services, and new projects, while managing the end‑to‑end proposal process to maximize order conversions.
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and equipment performance to meet SLAs, ensuring safety compliance, technical issue resolution, and team development. What you’ll bring
- Possesses a background in Engineering or a relevant trade.
- Requires an engineering degree with specific, highly‑regulated experience in filtration processes (concentrate, tailings, and paste).
- Offers 3–5 years of experience in site operations or asset management, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to asset excellence.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach, with the flexibility to travel and work on‑site as required.
