Candidates should be highly motivated professionals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and engaging approach to their work, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client and customer service is essential. What we’re looking for Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Land Development lifecycle and the role of the Principal Surveyor in both greenfield and infill developments. Bring well‑developed project management expertise and the ability to deliver successful outcomes across:
- Surveying, particularly working with or alongside Licensed Surveyors
- Engineering and construction
- Town planning
- Development management, including land and property development Responsibilities
- Provide skilled advice to our valued clients on land tenure matters
- Manage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle
- Review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling process
- Ensure compliance with Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processes Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry
- Tertiary qualification in Surveying, or related discipline
- LSLB of WA Practicing Certificate desirable but not essential
