CCS Project Integration Manager (Western Australia)

Job Title: CCS Project Integration Manager Location: Perth (permanent) Contract: 2‑year max term, Monday‑Friday, Perth based with business related travel. The role is responsible for full end‑to‑end ownership of the Bonaparte CCS project, ensuring delivery of all integrated work scopes needed to support a future Final Investment Decision (FID) on schedule while achieving long‑term value through safe, reliable, efficient, and scalable CCS operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Bonaparte CCS project team, overseeing all technical, commercial, and regulatory workstreams to deliver the overall project and business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration across project and business functions, focusing on interfaces and enabling core scopes.
- Coordinate timely and accurate information provision from related projects and potential customers to support environmental and regulatory approvals, maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide direction and support risk identification and assessment, applying risk‑based decision‑making and managing project changes.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, engaging internally and externally with government, partners, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
- Significant experience within the Oil & Gas sector or similar capital‑intensive industries, managing major projects and leading cross‑functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, Commonwealth and Northern Territory approvals, commercial and technical issues.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills (including executive‑level engagement).
- Ability to frame complex strategic issues and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high‑value solutions.
