Australia's energy future. We are looking for a Workplace Concierge to join our Procurement, Property and Projects team in our Perth CBD office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the National Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging workplace experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all employees, visitors and external partners Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and workplace services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support the delivery of on-site meetings, events and workplace activations Manage incoming calls, mail and deliveries efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality Provide on-the-ground support for workplace and facilities-related activities Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Your Background Experience in a front-of-house, workplace concierge, or customer-facing role within a professional environment (ideally corporate) Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer
