- Long-term role with a growing business The Role You’ll oversee roofing projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, maintaining quality standards, and keeping jobs running smoothly.
- Supervising roofing projects across Perth
- Coordinating trades, materials, and scheduling
- Measuring jobs and managing site progress
- Working closely with installers, supervisors, and office staff
- Problem-solving on-site and maintaining quality standards
- Communicating with clients and builders
- Jumping on the tools when required Who We’re Looking For We’re open to people from different backgrounds if you’ve got the right attitude and leadership potential.
- Trade/construction industry experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage people and keep jobs moving
- Valuable organisation and problem-solving ability
- White Card and driver’s licence
