Production Supervisor / Safety Supervisor (Concrete Manufacturing) We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Safety Supervisor to support and assist in the day-to‑day operations of our concrete manufacturing plant in Neerabup. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can balance production performance with a strong focus on workplace safety and is looking to step into or grow within a leadership position. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production output while maintaining high safety and quality standards across the plant. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production planning and coordination
- Monitor product quality and address inconsistencies
- Supervise and support production staff on shift
- Promote and enforce workplace health & safety procedures
- Conduct basic safety checks, hazard identification, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with site safety policies and regulations
- Record production data, adjustments, and incidents
- Assist with troubleshooting plant and equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement in both production and safety systems What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production (preferred)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and risk awareness
- Positive communication skills and leadership potential
- Ability to identify problems and take initiative
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands‑on environment
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
