Perth | Mooroo | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar people We are seeking a service driven Concierge to join a premium office asset in the Perth CBD. This is a front of house role where your professionalism, warmth and attention to detail will set the tone for the entire building experience. You will create a welcoming, vibrant lobby environment and deliver best in class customer service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders. You’ll build rapport, anticipate needs, and provide personalised recommendations while ensuring smooth visitor management and lobby operations. The Chance:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and building occupants, monitor lobby presentation, amenities and overall experience
- Manage visitor check ins and access processes accurately and confidently
- Support new starters with onboarding, access passes and building orientation
- Respond to service requests promptly via in person, email and building systems
- Liaise with facilities, cleaning, security and contractor teams as needed
- Follow building security, safety and emergency procedures (Fire Warden duties as required) About You:
- Customer service focused with a genuine passion for people
- Energetic, confident and professional in presentation and communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple requests
- Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, hotels, premium retail or front of house roles will be highly regarded Benefits:
