Casual FIFO Chef (Perth)

Job Overview Casual Chefs will work a Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out (FIFO) schedule from Perth Airport to remote sites throughout Western Australia. You will cooperate with the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner while upholding ISS’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards. Perks

- Hourly rate between $30 and $40.

- Casual line chefs considered first for full‑time vacancies. Requirements
- Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher.
- Proven experience as a chef in high‑volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
- Experience in mining village operations (desirable).
- Strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Valid police check issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one.
- Driver’s licence/Photo ID required. Additional Requirements Must pass a pre‑employment medical test, functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen.
