Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Section Waiter in a premium/hatted setting

Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service

Solid interpersonal skills and presentation

Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
