Leads from the front and sets the tone for excellent service

- Takes pride in presentation, standards and team culture The role You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading and developing the team while making sure operations, service and performance stay on track. This includes managing rosters, supporting team members, overseeing stock and store presentation, and ensuring the café runs smoothly day to day. In short

Minimum 3-5 years café or hospitality experience in a similar leadership role
- Previous experience managing or leading teams
