Grouting & Workshop Superintendent / Foreman Perth, WA (Site Travel Required) $100,000
- $130,000 + Company Vehicle Monday to Friday | 7:30am
- 4:00pm We are currently seeking an experienced Grouting & Workshop Superintendent / Foreman to join our clients growing team delivering projects across the construction and mining sectors located in Bibra Lake. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently oversee site operations, manage teams, and support project delivery from inspection through to execution. Key Responsibilities
- Attend and inspect project sites to assess scope of work
- Supply quotes to clients
- Gather detailed information to support accurate quoting and planning
- Coordinate and supervise crews across multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and procedures
- Deliver basic crew training and support workforce development
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within construction, mining, or related industries
- Solid background in grouting, maintenance, or workshop operations
- Ability to read site conditions and contribute to quoting and planning processes
- Confident leader with solid organisational and communication skills Required Tickets & Certifications
- S26 Supervisor Certification (highly desirable)
- First Aid Certificate
- HR Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Forklift Licence
- Basic computer skills (Excel & Word) Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to various project sites
- Physically fit and able to pass pre‑employment medicals
