EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / HR & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Melbourne – Flexible / Hybrid Potential Full Time We are a quick-growing Australian business group operating across food, hospitality, retail supply and service-based industries. We are looking for a highly organised, capable and proactive operator to work directly alongside ownership and help support rapid growth behind the scenes. This is not a standard admin role. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, solve problems independently, keep operations organised, and help bring structure to a business moving quickly into its next stage of expansion. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information professionally. Key Responsibilities:
• Executive support to directors and senior management
• Inbox and calendar management
• Recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Payroll assistance and HR administration
• Staff documentation, contracts and compliance
• Scheduling meetings and operational coordination
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and team members
• Assisting with systems, procedures and workflow organisation
• Handling confidential business matters discreetly
• Supporting multiple projects simultaneously Ideal Background:
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, Office Manager or Operations Coordinator
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Experience with payroll, rostering or HR systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and think ahead
• High level of professionalism and discretion
