Role Overview As the
Senior Consultant, Delivery Lead , 12 month fixed term contract, you will be part of the
People & Culture
team, that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of one or more complex workstreams within the Know Your Colleague (KYC) program, ensuring outcomes are delivered to scope, schedule, budget, and risk appetite.
Lead the day‑to‑day delivery execution, translate strategic objectives into executable plans, manage interdependencies, and provide clear delivery leadership across cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure NAB delivery frameworks, governance expectations, and regulatory obligations are aligned while proactively managing delivery risk and change.
Manage delivery resources, including consultants, SMEs, and Vendors.
Own delivery artefacts including plans, schedules, logs, dependency maps, and status reports.
Drive preparation of high‑quality governance materials for forums and steering committees.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance across delivery activities.
Continuously uplift delivery practices, templates, and ways of working.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in a similar Governance and/or Risk Management Delivery Lead role, leading large‑scale programs of work within regulated environments that require in‑depth knowledge and expertise in Risk Management, Governance and Compliance.
Proven knowledge and experience in risk management and regulatory compliance policies and frameworks coupled with experience in operational risk management.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks and practices.
Exceptional experience leading the delivery of complex programs or workstreams whilst managing cross‑functional teams across Risk, P&C;, Technology, and external vendors.
Strong program management experience and proven understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and governance forums.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve delivery trade‑offs.
Experience delivering HR technology, identity, compliance, or control‑based initiatives desirable.
Proven track record in the end‑to‑end delivery leadership across complex initiatives.
Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills.
