We have an exciting opportunity to Total Tools National Support Office as a **HR Advisor**!
This role is responsible for supporting our Joint Ventures business (JV) across a range of people matters including the employee lifecycle, HR policies and be the frontline contact for leaders and team members.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave.

**About your new role**
- Provide general support and advice to all enquiries
- including policy, procedure, award interpretation and grievances.
- Collaborate with P&C; team to provide support on employee relations matters including investigation, mediation and coaching.
- Supporting retail network to complete annual performance and talent activities, including appraisals, individual development plans, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Review and update policies, templates and documents in relation to changes in legislation.
- Liaise with Total Tools Compliance team regarding payroll, safety and award compliance audits, and ensure issues are rectified.
- Support retail network to execute annual staff engagement survey and action planning
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role at an Advisory or Generalist level.
- Retail and/or Franchise experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong understanding of NES and Modern Awards. GRIA experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing employee relations matters
- Exceptional stakeholder management, including the ability to build relationships with leaders of all levels
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
