Senior Director, Integrated Philanthropy at Monash University. Responsible for securing significant philanthropic revenue through large-scale, high-value external partnerships that advance the University’s ambitions. Will lead the development and execution of an integrated philanthropy strategy, including Principal and Transformational Giving, Major Gift Philanthropy, Foundation Relations and Planned Giving. Responsibilities
Secure philanthropic revenue through large-scale, high-value external partnerships. Lead the development and execution of an integrated philanthropy strategy. Expand transformational partnerships aligned to Monash Impact priorities, driving growth and diversification of new philanthropic funding opportunities. Enhance donor experience and position the University as a truly international institution of scale and impact. Lead, inspire and coach high‑performing teams and foster a team‑oriented and values‑based culture. Operate confidently across a complex, matrixed environment. Provide strategic advice to university leadership, senior academics and external stakeholders; guide development of programmatic partnerships and support delivery of a comprehensive campaign. Qualifications & Experience
Highly accomplished senior fundraiser and partnership leader with a proven track record of securing major, principal and transformational gifts. Experience building enduring relationships with philanthropists, foundations and private funders. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work across a complex, matrixed organisation.
