Ref:2858 Production Excavator Operator Golding are currently seeking Experienced Production Excavator Operators at Baralaba Mine located near Moura. Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil project management business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value. We’re seeking an experienced Production Excavator Operator with a proven background on 400T–600T machines (Komatsu and CAT preferred). This role is based at our Baralaba operation, where conditions demand precision, awareness, and a high level of skill. About the Role:
- Operate large production excavators (400T & 600T) in challenging terrain
- Work in tight, narrow, steeply dipping, and vertical coal seams
- Support production targets safely and efficiently
- Operate dozers as required What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience on large production excavators
- Strong capability on Komatsu/CAT machines
- Dozer operating experience essential
- Ability to work safely in complex geological conditions
- Reliable, team‑focused attitude Benefits

- 7/7 rotating day/night roster (Wednesday to Tuesday)
