Construction Labourer (Rockhampton)

Seeking experienced Construction Labourers for long-term projects based in Rockhampton and Gladstone. Our client is a major builder completing works for a trusted national chain store. We are looking for reliable, confident and physically fit labourers with proven experience across commercial construction, building or civil sites. This position would suit someone who understands site expectations, can take direction, works safely, and is confident completing tasks both as part of a team and on their own. About the Role: You will be working alongside trades and builders, assisting across various stages of the project. Duties will include:
- Offsiding to trades and builders
- Working with steel, rio/rebar and concrete
- Using hand and power tools
- Following site instructions and project guidelines
- General construction labouring duties
- Working both in a team and independently when required To be successful, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years’ construction labouring experience on building or civil sites
- Proven site experience, preferably on similar commercial projects
- Positive all-round construction knowledge
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Physical fitness and reliability
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Current White Card
