**About the role**
The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality aged care services by managing HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment and on boarding processes, playing a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment that fosters productivity, engagement, and overall well-being, training coordination, compliance with aged care legislation, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes.
- Ensure Recruitment is in-line with ACCS policy, procedure and legislative requirements.
- Support performance reviews and HR policy implementation.
- OH&S; compliance, injure management and return to work plans
- Administration of OH&S; systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with aged care legislation.
- Organise and track mandatory training and professional development.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Provide HR advice and interpretation of ACCS policies and procedures and Industrial Relations Legislation.
**Qualifications and essential skills**:
- Skills, qualifications and experience in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, and aged care compliance.
- Outstanding people & communication skills, leadership and decision making skills.
- Ability to work without supervision, demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and well-developed computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and take corrective actions.
Pay: From $84,151.34 per year
