**Title**:Events & Community Manager **Client**:Fashion/Apparel

**The role**: This role will focus on creating exceptional in-person brand experiences, fostering a robust sense of community, and amplifying the brand's connection with customers, partners, and industry enthusiasts. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and wider marketing team to ensure all activations align with their brand strategy, drive engagement, and evaluate their positioning in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and execute product launch events, pop-ups, brand activations, and community-driven initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end event planning process, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion.
- Identify and coordinate sponsorship opportunities at key events, ensuring seamless brand integration.
- Track and report on event performance, engagement, and social amplification.
- Work collaboratively with the Partnerships Coordinator.
- Identify and engage strategic brand partners for collaborative events and activations.
- Monitor community feedback, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Act as a key brand representative, fostering genuine connections with customers and fitness communities.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years experience in event planning, community management, or brand activations.
- Experience in the retail, lifestyle, or fitness industries.
- Background in event logistics, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution.
