As an integral part of CommSec one of the functions of the CVM team is to deliver high-impact customer, partner and industry engagements that: Position CommSec as a trusted voice in investing, trading and market insights. Bring key market insights to life to help customers navigate changing economic and market conditions. Create positive brand experiences that support CommSec’s growth ambitions and strengthen customer advocacy.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies and marketing to deliver a broad range of programs and experiences for CommSec customers. Our culture is built on energy, pace, curiosity, care and commitment.

Your Responsibilities Develop and deliver end-to-end event management across a wide variety of strategic programs that support CommSec’s growth objectives and business goals. Build and manage project plans, leading small to medium working groups to deliver programs on time, on budget and to a high standard. Proactively manage and foster solid relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively influencing outcomes across complex stakeholder groups. Deliver customer events that strengthen CommSec’s brand positioning and support broader marketing and content strategies. Steer enhancements to key event technology platforms to improve data management, integration, customer experience, risk and compliance outcomes.
