**THE ROLE**

Crown Sydney is currently seeking expressions of interest for enthusiastic and hands on team members for the role of **Recreation Attendants **for the **summer season on a fixed term basis**. In this role, you will support the Hotels team with delivering a high quality offering in line with Crown standards.
- ** We currently have part time and full time positions available on a fixed term basis**

As a Recreation Attendant, you will be involved in welcoming guests and residents and support with duties around the key recreation areas in Crown Sydney. Featuring two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, tennis court and yoga terrace this role with see you engaging with guests and residents by providing food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in creating a safe environment.

**Some of the activities you will be performing**:

- Support with the guest and resident experience across recreation areas
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team
- Provide food and beverage services to guests and residences across both upper and lower recreation areas
- Liaise with guests and residents as required to resolve relevant queries
- Be on your feet and outside for periods of your shift

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a customer centric role
- Experience in engaging with various stakeholder groups
- Exposure to protected working practices
- Ability to forward plan and anticipate guest needs
- High level written and verbal communication
- Confident swimmer
- Hold or willing to obtain NSW RSA Competency Card
