Working in the Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments side of the business, this position will see you take the lead on all events, across 4 locations. Mainly small-scale events between the internal & external sales team such as VIP previews, Channel-agent showings, webinars etc, you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with all stakeholders, including the Sales and Marketing teams on upcoming events and engagements
- Complete a strategy piece
- who, what, when events are for
- Source & assess suppliers, develop budgets
- Operational delivery of all events, including Comms, PR, promotion, RSVP's, managing event timelines and runsheets, as well as post event recaps / reporting
- Coordinating venues, styling, catering, AV, entertainment, photographers, signage and guest experience Specific Requirements:
- Must be able to demonstrate success in similar events (preferably with exposure to Property / Real estate)
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Property preferred
- Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills Why You Want It:
