- Lead and develop a high‑performing research team: oversee a team of 8+ Associate Research Consultants, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster a strong team culture and a centre of excellence in line with individual development plans.
- Ensure data integrity and market coverage: supervise the collection, analysis, and timely publication of accurate, comprehensive commercial real‑estate data for your assigned markets/region, developing workflows and conducting regular audits to maintain the highest quality standards and client service.
- Drive strategic planning and reporting: partner with sales and product teams to align with client needs, prepare quarterly “Territory Plans” for data and relationship improvements, and oversee the creation of comprehensive market reports. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience & skills: 2+ years of experience leading a team of 6 or more individuals, 2+ years in a professional, corporate environment, and 2+ years of experience within commercial real estate.
- Other: flexibility to work shifts aligned with national time zones. Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Experience with creating effective KPIs and meeting performance metrics (results‑oriented).
- Strong leadership and management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and workload control.
- Success in building strong, cohesive teams through influence and collaboration.
- Ability to articulate and execute corporate strategy effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.
- Creative problem solving, attention to detail, objectivity, and strategic thinking.
- Analytical approach to interpreting information and trends.
- Ability to interact at all levels and establish rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
