Trippas White Group (TWG) is one of Australia’s most respected hospitality companies — delivering exceptional dining, event and catering experiences across education, corporate, airline lounges and some of the nation’s most iconic venues, from the Sydney Opera House to Taronga Zoo.

We’re seeking a skilled **Tender & Document Writer** for an immediate 8-12 week contract (with potential to extend).

You’ll craft winning proposals, pitch documents and tender submissions that combine storytelling, strategy and technical precision.

You’ll need:
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to write clean, compelling copy.- Familiarity with hospitality and catering industry language and acronyms.- Confidence writing from scratch (not reliant on boilerplate material).- Experience producing persuasive pitch and tender content.- A creative yet disciplined approach, comfortable with tight deadlines.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for a talented writer who can bring ideas to life and help shape TWG’s next wave of growth.
