Job Description

Drive conference and events sales to achieve monthly conversion targets

Prepare quotations and proposals for conferences, meetings, and events

Coordinate events from enquiry through to execution

Liaise closely with operational departments to ensure exceptional service delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Maximise revenue opportunities through strategic planning and upselling

Maintain a strong onsite presence to support clients and operations as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in Hotel Conference & Events Sales

Experience with Delphi and Opera preferred

Robust commercial acumen and organisational skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask

Positive, motivated, and outgoing personality

Full Australian working rights

Ability to work onsite
