- As a Project Manager within our Project Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in delivering corporate events end-to-end — from early concept through to on‑site delivery and post-event wrap
- You’ll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and clients in a team that is quick‑moving, supportive and genuinely human (with room for a laugh along the way)
- Deliver end-to-end project management of live events and virtual experiences
- Lead internal and external stakeholder management
- Create, manage, track and reconcile domestic and international budgets
- Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and Assistants
- Own key project documentation (budgets, timelines, presentations, run sheets, risk/issue logs, etc.)
- Partner with Client Services and Design teams to support the ideation and development of pitches and proposals This is a highly client-facing role, so you’ll enjoy building strong relationships and communicating with confidence. You’ll be passionate about designing event experiences and guiding clients through an engaging, well‑managed end-to-end process.
