- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue What we're looking for
- Must have a current Valid RSA/Advanced-ARCG
- Robust customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
- Experienced in tab and keno operations
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate Why Work With Us?
