About this opportunity: Trading & Commercial Performance
Own trading performance across AU & NZ and International ecommerce sites, with accountability for sales, margin, conversion, and AOV outcomes.
Oversee the trading calendar across all regions, ensuring alignment to business priorities and consistency in execution.
Lead weekly trade reviews, consolidating regional performance and providing clear commentary on risks, opportunities, and required actions.
Partner with Merchandising and Planning to align stock availability with trading demand and support full-price sell-through.
Monitor competitor activity across markets to inform pricing, promotional, and trading decisions.
Forecasting and Reporting
Deliver consolidated weekly reforecasts and monthly performance updates across all regions.
Provide visibility on trading performance by market, product, and campaign, highlighting key drivers.
Prepare trading insight packs for the Head of Ecommerce, with input from regional performance and alignment with Finance and Merchandising.
Site Merchandising & Customer Journey
Ensure all ecommerce sites are merchandised to a consistent standard, with clear navigation, product sequencing, and onsite optimisation.
Review customer journey performance across regions and implement improvements based on data and behavioural insights.
Support and oversee A/B testing and CRO activity, ensuring learnings are applied across sites where relevant.
Campaign & Content Execution
Oversee execution of campaigns, launches, and promotions across all sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Brief Brand Visuals and Digital teams on trading priorities, ensuring alignment between product focus and campaign delivery.
Work with Marketing to align trading activity with campaign messaging and performance activity.
Customer Journey & Site Enhancements
Conduct regular reviews of all regional sites to ensure a consistent and functional customer experience.
Identify opportunities for improvement across CRO, UX, and onsite functionality.
Partner with Digital and Projects teams to support prioritisation and implementation of site enhancements.
Support QA and UAT processes to ensure trading requirements are met across regions.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with Operations and Customer Service to ensure fulfilment and customer experience requirements are met.
Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and performance analysis.
Align with Digital teams to support delivery of integrated campaigns.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage and support Ecommerce Trading Coordinators across AU & NZ and International.
Provide direction on day-to-day trading priorities and execution.
You will bring: Experience in ecommerce trading within fashion, retail, or luxury, with exposure to both domestic and international markets.
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to interpret performance data and inform trading actions.
Experience in forecasting, reporting, and trade analysis.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), merchandising tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, BI tools, heatmaps).
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience supporting or managing team members.
