A large, long-standing hospitality venue is seeking chefs of various levels to join the team across its busy multi-faceted operation. Opportunities are available for Cooks, Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and Chef de Parties looking to grow within a reliable, high-volume environment. At its core, the venue focuses on Contemporary Australian bistro food done well, while also operating across multiple outlets, function spaces, and service styles that keep the role varied, creative, and quick-paced. This is a fantastic chance for chefs who enjoy working in busy venues with strong systems, consistent trade, and exposure to both restaurant and function service. About the Role Working within a large kitchen brigade, you’ll be involved across:
- Modern Australian bistro service
- High-volume functions and events
- Multiple food outlets and service concepts
- Prep, plating, and section management during busy services The venue is known for its strong trade, experienced leadership team, and long-standing reputation within the market. About You
- Experience working in busy kitchens or hospitality venues
- Passion for quality food and fast-paced service
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team workplace
