- Cloud and infrastructure projects
- Assisting clients with forward thinking IT Strategy!
- Visiting client sites when required
- Acting as a technical advisor to clients
- Assist on security projectsContributing to improving documentation and internal systems What You’ll Bring
- Proven L2 MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
- Experience with cloud migrations and up-to-date workplace deployments
- Exposure to security solutions and best practices (M365 Security, identity, conditional access etc.)
- Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause problem‑solving ability
- Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects
- Confident client communication and advisory skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks
- Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
- A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for learning Tech Environment Experience across a mix of
- Microsoft 365
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Networking & Security
- Scripting/automation
- Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
- SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate
