Overview SSW is hiring a Videographer (AV / Shooter / Editor) for our Sydney team. The role will support SSW TV, a YouTube channel with more than 37,000 subscribers and 1.5 million views, and help shape how we share knowledge with the tech world. What You’ll Do
- Film, edit, and publish engaging content for YouTube and other platforms
- Set up and maintain our in-house video studio and livestream gear
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients on creative projects
- Use AI tools to enhance video production
- Capture and tell stories of developers discussing AI and technology What You Bring Must‑Haves:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- 2–3 years of video production experience and a robust portfolio
- Experience operating DSLR cameras and live‑streaming software
- Knowledge of studio lighting and audio capture
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Suite
- Experience creating TikTok‑style video content
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- A natural curiosity for tech and a love of AI tools Bonus Points For:

- SEO knowledge and photography experience
