- Strategic Delivery, you will be a pivotal force within our Operations team, instrumental in shaping absolute coordination and alignment across all of Employment Hero’s critical organisational initiatives, from high-level OKRs to impactful operational delivery. This role is central to managing complex strategic objectives and will see you act as a catalyst for efficiency, innovation and cross-functional collaboration and alignment. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and pace ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the COO, Strategic Leaders, and functional teams to embed scalable project management practices that empower the business to move faster, more effectively, and with consistently superior outcomes. Your day-to-day will vary heavily, ranging from architecting intricate project roadmaps to facilitating high-stakes leadership alignment. You will

Lead High-Impact Projects
- Take charge of large, cross-functional initiatives—like tech migrations, new product launches, or pricing changes. You’ll turn big-picture ideas into detailed plans and keep everything aligned with global goals and local priorities. Your leadership will let teams stay focused on their own priorities while helping the business move faster and grow smarter.

Build Strong Project Systems
- Work closely with leaders and teams to design and improve scalable ways of working. This isn’t just about managing timelines—you’ll anticipate needs, flag risks early, and set up systems that help teams consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

Drive Alignment Across Teams
- Act as the connector between teams and leaders, including leadership. You’ll bring people together, manage competing priorities, and build consensus—keeping everyone moving in the same direction toward our big goals.

Lead Change and AI Adoption
- Shape and deliver change management strategies that stick. You’ll also lead the charge in adopting AI in smart, responsible ways—helping automate processes, improve operations, and support our shift to becoming an AI-first company.

Track Progress and Share Insights
- Set up clear ways to measure project success and track progress against business goals. You’ll turn complex updates into clear stories and insights that help leaders make smart, informed decisions.

Support Strategic Planning
- Help drive annual and quarterly planning cycles—making sure the right people are set up to lead projects, share progress, and keep the leadership aligned.

Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way

- 6+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, strategy, or consulting

- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives

- Strong ability to simplify complex problems and execute with clarity

- Comfortable operating in rapid-paced, ambiguous, and high-change environments

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills

- Familiarity with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g. Confluence, Atlas, Notion, Looker)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A passion for continuous improvement, and delivering value at scale
