The role Epicurean presents Sydney with a luxurious and elevated buffet dining experience, celebrating a variety of cuisines crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, with dishes thoughtfully curated to inspire guests to create their own unique taste journey. We’re currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie with hotel experience to join our vibrant Epicurean kitchen team.
- Seeking experienced larder section Chef de Parties! Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture.
- Support Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Contribute to achieving daily financial targets through efficient and mindful operations.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure and inclusive workplace. About You
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
