The Role We’re seeking an experienced Bell Services Manager to lead Crown Sydney’s end-to-end Bell Services operation, including the Bell Desk, driveway and valet. In this high-profile role, you’ll drive service excellence from arrival to departure, maintaining a strong on-floor presence while leading teams through peak periods and ensuring seamless coordination of luggage handling, vehicle flow and guest movements. Partnering closely with Front Office and key hotel departments, you’ll shape first and last impressions, bringing Crown’s premium service standards to life and delivering a truly elevated guest experience. The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Bell Services team (Captains, Doorpersons and Attendants) to deliver consistent five-star service
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence, ensuring safe driveway operations, effective traffic flow and seamless valet and luggage coordination, including VIP and group movements
- Drive performance against key KPIs, including valet retrieval times, baggage delivery and service standards
- Manage labour, rostering and budgets to optimise efficiency while maintaining premium service levels
- Proactively resolve guest issues, operational challenges and safety incidents, ensuring a polished and safe environment
- Continuously improve operations through SOPs, service enhancements and best-practice initiatives About you You’re a polished, confident leader with a genuine passion for luxury service and guest experience. You thrive in fast paced, guest facing environments and bring the professional presence needed to shape Crown Sydney’s iconic arrival experience. You will also bring:
- A valid Manual Driver’s License (unrestricted NSW license required).
- Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting or similar high volume guest services operation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organisational capability, operational awareness and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. To be considered, you must hold an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence with a clean record. As we operate 24/7, you’ll need full availability across a Monday–Sunday roster. What we offer you
